A palette is not a contrast decision
The most common colors in an image are useful for finding a palette, but they do not automatically form accessible text pairs. Contrast depends on the foreground, background, font size, weight, and the context in which the color is used.
Check the real component
- Test the exact text color against its actual background.
- Do not use color alone to communicate status or selection.
- Check light and dark themes separately.
